Do I have to download and open every file by hand?
No. The extension lets you pick files and images in its panel and send them to print through the companion program without opening each one. The file must be available in the chat and the local program must be running.
Does printing work on a phone or Mac?
Direct printing needs a Windows computer with the Print System program. Phones and Mac are not part of the supported printing requirements.
Which file types can I print?
PDFs, Word, PowerPoint and images. Printing Word and PowerPoint needs Microsoft Office on the computer.
How does the free trial start?
The 7-day trial starts inside the extension once you are signed in to WhatsApp Web, and is tied to the account number. One trial is available per number and per device; see the privacy policy.
How much does a subscription cost?
Basic is USD 8 per month or 66 per year; Business is USD 13 per month or 114 per year. See the pricing page or ask on WhatsApp.
Does editing an image change the original?
No. The edit is saved as a new copy and the original stays. You can hide the original in the extension to avoid printing it by mistake.
Can I print only certain PDF pages?
Yes. Type the page numbers or click pages, then reorder and rotate them before printing.
Does the extension send messages automatically or in bulk?
No. You choose when to send a quick reply yourself. There is no automatic or bulk sending.
How are files and subscription data handled?
Files are processed and printed on your computer. An external server is used only for the trial and subscription checks. See the product privacy policy.
Is the product affiliated with WhatsApp?
No. Smart Print Assistant is an independent product, not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by WhatsApp or Meta.
